Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-23.2. Effective October 23, 2026.
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and SOKSS (Sport of Kings Statistical Systems) ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the owner and operator of the Shortlist software application, website and related services, including the Shortlist web and mobile applications, the books, reports and documents they produce, and the farm, consignor and veterinarian services offered through them (together, the "Service"). By selecting "Accept", creating an account, or accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy set out in Part B and incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, select "Decline" and do not use the Service.
PLEASE READ SECTION 20 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, AND DESCRIBES HOW YOU MAY OPT OUT.
Part A. Terms of Service
1. Definitions
In this Agreement: "Account" means the account you register to use the Service. "User" means any person who accesses the Service. "Buyer" means a User who uses the Service to review, evaluate or consider horses offered for sale, including bloodstock agents, trainers, owners and their advisers. "Consignor" means a farm, agent or other seller of horses, and any individual acting for it, that holds a farm account. "Team" means a group of Users who share shortlists and information through the Service. "Sale Company" means an auction company that conducts a sale and publishes its catalog. "Catalog Content" means sale catalogs, catalog pages, pedigrees, race records, updates, breeze times, videos, repository information and other material published by a Sale Company, a Consignor or another third party. "User Content" means any information, scores, estimates, notes, comments, recordings, photographs, messages, reports or other material you submit to or create in the Service. "Evaluation" has the meaning given in Section 8.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, farm, partnership or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement, and "you" includes that entity. You may not use the Service if you have previously been suspended or removed from it, or if your use would violate any applicable law.
3. Accounts and Security
3.1 You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, including your legal name, email address and mobile telephone number, and to keep it updated.
3.2 Your Account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials or permit any other person to use your Account. Unless your plan provides otherwise, an Account may be signed in on 1 device at a time, and signing in on another device will sign out the earlier session. You may not attempt to circumvent this limit.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity under your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@sokss.net of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your own business purposes, and those of the clients for whom you act, in connection with evaluating and purchasing horses. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company and its licensors.
5. Fees, Payment and Renewal
5.1 Certain features require payment, including catalog access and consignor (farm) subscriptions. Prices are shown before you pay. You authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred. We do not receive or store your full card number.
5.2 Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
5.3 Because access is provided immediately, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we, in our sole discretion, elect to issue a refund. If catalog access you purchased never becomes available, we will refund that purchase.
5.4 You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchases other than taxes on our income.
6. Catalog Content and Third-Party Information
6.1 Catalog Content is owned by the Sale Companies, Consignors and other third parties that publish it. It is made available through the Service solely for your own evaluation and purchasing decisions and those of your clients. You may create and distribute books and reports for your clients from Catalog Content you have lawfully accessed through the Service. You may not otherwise copy, resell, publish, scrape, compile into a database or commercially exploit Catalog Content.
6.2 The Service may display information derived from third-party sources, including stud fees, black-type summaries, breeze rankings, catalog updates and pedigree analysis such as inbreeding and dosage. Such information may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. The Sale Company's official catalog, updates and announcements control over anything shown in the Service.
6.3 No affiliation. Unless expressly stated, the Company is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any Sale Company, Consignor, racing authority or breed registry, and their names and marks are used only to identify their sales and horses.
6.4 Conditions of Sale. Every purchase at a sale is governed exclusively by that Sale Company's conditions of sale. The Company is not a party to any purchase, sale or auction, is not an agent of any buyer or seller, and has no responsibility for the description, condition, soundness, title or delivery of any horse.
7. No Professional Advice
The Service is a tool to organize your own judgment. Nothing in the Service, including any score, average, estimate, ranking, grade, report or recommendation, constitutes veterinary, financial, investment, legal, tax or bloodstock advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, including whether to bid on or purchase any horse and at what price, and for obtaining independent professional advice, including your own veterinary examination.
Agents. If you use the Service as a bloodstock agent, trainer or adviser acting for a client, you represent that you are authorized to act for that client, and you remain solely responsible for your duties to your clients, including disclosure of any commissions, fees, interests or dual agency, and for compliance with the conditions of sale and with all laws governing agents, including any state law on the disclosure of agency relationships and compensation in the sale of horses. Books and reports you send to a client are your work product and communications to that client; the Company is not a party to your agency relationship.
8. Disclosure of Evaluations to Consignors
8.1 By using the Service you expressly consent to the following. When you perform an Evaluation of a horse, the Consignor of that horse, while it holds an active consignor subscription, may be notified of and may view: your name; your email address and mobile telephone number; your company or farm name, if provided; the city and state you provided; the horse you evaluated; and the date and time. An "Evaluation" means starting an evaluation of a horse in the Service, including scoring any criterion, sending a request to view the horse at the barn, or checking in at the Consignor's barn to see it. Viewing a catalog page or adding a horse to a shortlist is not an Evaluation.
8.2 Consignors may also view, for each horse they consign, the number of Users who have evaluated it and the average scores given, overall and criterion by criterion, once at least three Users have evaluated it. These figures are aggregated and do not identify any individual User's scores.
8.3 Consignors do not receive your individual scores, criterion notes, comments, recordings, photographs, estimates, price ranges, limits, shortlists, Team calls or messages, the books you create, your sale results (including whether you purchased a horse, the price, and your last bid as underbidder), your sales slip and board photographs, your stable, or your client reports.
8.4 Your clients stay confidential. Many Users act as agents, advisers or bidders for others (each, a "Principal"). The Company does not disclose to any Consignor, or to any other User except as you direct, the identity of any Principal, the client names and details you keep in the Service, which horses you evaluated, bid on or purchased for which Principal, or the existence or content of your client reports. When the Service sends a Consignor your Evaluation, barn request or barn check-in, it identifies you only, never a Principal. A Principal's identity is disclosed only (a) if you choose to include it in content you send, such as a note to a barn, (b) to the Principal, where you report to them through the Service, or (c) where the Principal uses the Service under their own Account and that Account's activity is disclosed as described in this Section. You are responsible for anything you choose to include in content you send. This Section survives termination of this Agreement.
8.5 Each Consignor agrees to use Buyer information solely to follow up regarding the horses the Buyer evaluated, not to sell, rent or disclose it to any third party, and to comply with all applicable privacy and anti-spam laws. The Company is not responsible for a Consignor's use of information in breach of these obligations.
8.6 If you do not wish a Consignor to know that you evaluated a horse, do not perform an Evaluation of that horse in the Service.
8.7 Because Consignors pay a subscription fee to receive this information, the disclosure in this Section may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. Where such a law gives you the right to opt out, you may do so by emailing info@sokss.net; after your request is processed, your Evaluations will no longer be disclosed to Consignors in identifiable form. Disclosures made before your request are not affected.
9. Teams and Sharing
9.1 If you join a Team, the shortlists shared with it and the scores, estimates, calls, messages, comments and photographs you contribute to them are visible to all members of that Team under your name. A Team's owner may set price limits visible to its members. The User who shares a shortlist with a Team permits its members to use the catalog access associated with it for that shortlist.
9.2 Independent bidding. Teams are intended for persons acting together for the same buyer or ownership group. You may not use Teams, messages, price limits or any other feature to agree with an independent buyer not to bid against each other, to allocate horses, to fix or suppress prices, or otherwise to engage in bid-rigging or any conduct that violates antitrust or competition law or the conditions of sale.
9.3 When you invite another person to the Service or to a Team by email or text message, you represent that you have that person's consent to be contacted in that manner.
9.4 Books and links you send are accessible to anyone who has the link until it expires or you delete it. You are responsible for what you choose to include and with whom you share it. Price information is excluded unless you choose to include it.
10. Repository Reports Posted by Consignors
10.1 A Consignor may post a repository report for a horse it consigns, consisting of a grade (A, B, C or D), the name of the veterinarian who reviewed the horse's repository radiographs and endoscopic records, the date of that review, a summary, and a copy of the veterinarian's report (a "Repository Report"). Repository Reports are shown in the Service as posted by the Consignor.
10.2 The Company does not prepare, review, verify or endorse any Repository Report, does not practice veterinary medicine, and makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any Repository Report or grade. A grade is a summary opinion and is not a guarantee of any horse's soundness, suitability, future performance or value. A Repository Report is provided by the seller's side of the transaction. Buyers should have their own veterinarian review the repository and examine the horse before bidding, and the Sale Company's conditions of sale, including any rules on repository disclosures, govern.
10.3 By posting a Repository Report, a Consignor represents and warrants that: (a) the report is authentic and unaltered and was prepared by the named veterinarian, who held a current license when it was prepared; (b) the grade and summary accurately reflect that veterinarian's findings and are not misleading; (c) the Consignor has the right and any consent required to share the report; and (d) the Consignor will promptly update or remove the report if it is superseded, withdrawn or no longer accurate.
10.4 The Company may remove any Repository Report at any time.
11. Consignor (Farm) Accounts
11.1 A Consignor account may be held only by persons authorized to act for the farm or agent named, and the Company may verify that authority before activating it. Consignors may post conformation photographs, notes and repository reports concerning horses they consign. Consignors shall not attempt to learn, or use the Service to infer, the identity of any Buyer's Principal. Consignors represent and warrant that all such content is accurate, not misleading, and that they hold all rights necessary to post it.
11.2 The Company may, in its discretion, decline to display any Consignor content, and books produced by the Service present information in a neutral manner that does not include a Consignor's promotional statements.
12. User Content
12.1 You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display your User Content as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and to the persons with whom you share it, including Team members, your clients, and Consignors as described in Section 8.
12.2 You also grant the Company the right to create, use and disclose aggregated and de-identified data derived from use of the Service, such as the number of Evaluations and average scores, that does not identify you or any individual Evaluation.
12.3 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. You are solely responsible for your User Content. Voice recordings are transmitted to a third-party transcription provider to be converted to text.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your Account or credentials or circumvent the device limit or any payment requirement; (b) access accounts or data that are not yours; (c) scrape, crawl, copy, download in bulk, or reverse engineer the Service or any Catalog Content; (d) use the Service to build a competing product or database; (e) post false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content, including false or altered Repository Reports; (f) harass, threaten or misuse information about any User or Consignor; (g) upload malware or interfere with the Service's operation or security; (h) send unsolicited commercial messages through the Service; (i) record any person's voice without the consent required by applicable law; (j) photograph, record or upload images in breach of a Sale Company's grounds rules, or post images of identifiable persons without their permission; (k) use information about any person obtained through the Service for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was provided; or (l) use the Service in violation of any law, including the rules of any Sale Company or racing authority.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, books and report layouts, and the Shortlist™ name and logo, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not use our names, logos or trademarks without our prior written consent. If you submit suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
15. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@sokss.net identifying the work, the material claimed to infringe and its location, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature.
16. Electronic Communications and Text Messages
16.1 You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, in-app notice and text message, and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Your acceptance of this Agreement by electronic means is binding to the same extent as a signed writing.
16.2 By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive account, security and service text messages, including sign-in alerts and messages relating to your Teams, Evaluations and requests. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CATALOG CONTENT, SCORE, ESTIMATE, GRADE, REPORT, PEDIGREE ANALYSIS OR OTHER INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, INCLUDING WHERE CONNECTIVITY IS LIMITED AT A SALE.
17A. Disputes Between Users; Release
The Company is not responsible for the conduct of any User, Consignor, veterinarian, Sale Company or other third party, online or offline. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Company and its owners, officers, employees and agents from all claims, demands and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or connected with any dispute between you and any other User, Consignor, veterinarian or third party, including any dispute concerning a horse, a Repository Report, a payment or the use of your information by a Consignor. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party," and any similar law of any other jurisdiction.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR NON-PURCHASE OF ANY HORSE, ANY PRICE PAID, OR THE CONDITION, SOUNDNESS OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY HORSE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THESE LIMITATIONS ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND APPLY EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE THEY APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
Any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Indemnification
19.1 You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' and experts' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of this Agreement or of any representation or warranty in it; (d) your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity and intellectual property rights; (e) any purchase, sale, bid or other transaction you enter into, or advise a client to enter into; and (f) any dispute between you and a client, Team member, Consignor or other User.
19.2 In addition, (a) each Consignor shall indemnify the Indemnified Parties against claims arising from its conformation photographs, updates and other content, any representation concerning a horse, and its collection, use, storage or disclosure of Buyer information; and (b) each Consignor shall further indemnify the Indemnified Parties against claims arising from any Repository Report it posts, including any claim that a report or grade was inaccurate, incomplete, altered, misleading or shared without authorization.
19.3 We will notify you of a claim subject to indemnity, although a delay in notice relieves you of your obligation only to the extent you are materially prejudiced. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any such matter at your expense, and you agree to cooperate. You may not settle any claim that imposes an obligation on, or admits fault by, any Indemnified Party without our prior written consent. Your obligations under this Section survive termination of this Agreement and of your Account.
20. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
20.1 Informal resolution. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@sokss.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
20.2 Arbitration. Except as provided in Section 20.5, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas, or by video conference if the parties agree. The Consumer Arbitration Rules apply where you use the Service for personal purposes, and the Commercial Arbitration Rules apply where you use it for business purposes. The arbitrator, and not any court, has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this Section, except as provided in Section 20.3. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section.
20.3 CLASS ACTION AND JURY WAIVER. YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND EACH WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim shall be severed and decided in court under Section 21, and not in arbitration. If twenty-five (25) or more similar demands for arbitration are filed by or with the assistance of the same counsel or coordinated parties, they shall be administered in batches under the applicable mass-arbitration procedures, and the parties shall cooperate in good faith to resolve them efficiently.
20.4 Opt-out. You may opt out of this Section 20 by emailing info@sokss.net within thirty (30) days after you first accept this Agreement, stating your name, Account email and that you opt out of arbitration.
20.5 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of the Service.
21. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 20, any action relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
22. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and request closure of your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your Account or access, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other Users. Upon termination your license ends; we may delete your User Content after a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, and we have no obligation to provide copies after that period. Sections 6, 7, 8.4, 8.5, 8.7, 10, 12 through 21, and 24 survive termination.
23. Changes to this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will present the revised Agreement in the Service and ask you to accept it before you continue. If you decline, you may stop using the Service. The version you accepted and the date of acceptance are recorded on your Account.
24. General
This Agreement, together with any order terms presented at purchase, is the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Service and supersedes all prior understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Headings are for convenience only; the word "including" means "including without limitation". You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws. The Service is operated from the United States; if you access it from elsewhere, you consent to the transfer of your information to, and its processing in, the United States, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Notices to us must be sent to info@sokss.net.
Part B. Privacy Policy
Our promise. Sport of Kings Statistical Systems™ will never sell, rent or trade your information, and will never give it to anyone outside SOKSS: no advertisers, no data brokers, no list buyers. Your information is seen only inside SOKSS, by the members you deal with there as this Policy describes (for example the Consignor of a horse you evaluate, your Team and your clients). The only exceptions are the service providers that run SOKSS for us under confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires it. Selling data is not our business, and it never will be. Anyone who ever acquires SOKSS is bound by this promise.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, mobile number, mailing address, company or farm, the roles you select, your logo and book cover photographs. Content and activity: shortlists, Evaluations, scores, criterion notes, estimates, price ranges, comments, voice recordings and their transcripts, photographs, Team calls and messages, clients you add, books you create and send, and Repository Reports posted by Consignors. Device and security information: device type, browser, IP address, approximate location (city, region and country) derived from IP address, and the time of each sign-in. Payment information: processed by Stripe; we receive a record of the purchase and a payment reference, not your full card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure and improve the Service; to operate Teams, books and Consignor features; to process payments; to send account, security and service communications; to prevent fraud and enforce this Agreement; to produce aggregated, de-identified statistics; and to comply with law.
3. How We Share Information
We share information: (a) with Consignors, as described in Part A, Section 8; (b) with your Team members, clients and recipients of your books, as you direct; (c) with service providers acting for us under confidentiality obligations, including hosting (DigitalOcean), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), voice transcription (OpenAI) and IP location (ipinfo.io); (e) where required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, our Users or others; and (f) in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
3A. Users Outside the United States
If you are located in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with comparable law, we process your information to perform our agreement with you, on the basis of your consent (including to the disclosure in Part A, Section 8, which you may withdraw as provided in Section 8.7), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
4. Retention
We retain information while your Account is active and thereafter for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting and security purposes. Information you have shared with a Consignor, Team or client may remain with them.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may update your account details at any time and delete Evaluations, comments, recordings, photographs, books and messages in the Service. To request a copy of your information, correction, or deletion of your Account, email info@sokss.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will respond to verified requests as required.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, device limits and sign-in alerts to protect your Account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Service is intended for persons eighteen (18) years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as described in Part A, Section 23.
